PDI Technologies focuses on providing technology and data solutions to convenience-centric businesses, particularly in the retail and petroleum wholesale sectors. Their solutions aim to help businesses increase profits, simplify operations, and engage customers more effectively.

The ask was to design a customer facing UI interface, Retail App Management Portal (RAMP), that allowed convenient store marketing persons and operators to manage their loyalty program app interface independant of the PDI team resources managing the design, content and experience for them.

Features include and entire account and management function, version history and roll back feature, creation of new pages, templates, offers and more; image, font and color management; hiding and displaying of features on pages, and much more.

Duration of the project was approximately two and a half months and included twice weekly stakeholder reviews and requirements sessions.
